Michael Todd Davis was born and grew up in Portland, Oregon. Todd has been practicing law in Bellevue, Washington since 1983. His clients predominately are individuals who require consultation and representation in family law related matters. Todd has practiced at both the trial court and appellate court levels.
Todd earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1969 from the Honors College at the University of Oregon. He earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1972. Following his graduation from law school, Todd gained extensive trial experience practicing for three years as a public defender in the State of California. Since his admission to the Washington State Bar Association in 1981, Todd’s practice has emphasized family law, including complex custody and visitation issues.
Whenever possible, Todd endeavors to achieve a fair and reasonable out-of-court resolution.
